This recipe for Alfredo Sauce comes straight from Carrabba's Italian Grill. So you know that it will taste just like the real thing - Because it IS the Real Thing! Ingredients
- 1 ounce Unsalted Butter
- 6 ounces Heavy Cream
- Salt and freshly ground White Pepper, to taste
- 3 ounces grated Romano Cheese
Instructions
- Place a sauce pan over medium heat.
- Add butter, salt and white pepper. Heat until butter has melted. Stir to mix.
- Add heavy cream. Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
- Add in Romano cheese and stir to incorporate.
- Use immediately while hot in your favorite recipe.
