Olive Garden Italian Margarita Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- Tajin Seasoning, Salt or Seasoned Salt, to rim glass
- 1 Lime Wedge, to rim glass
- 3 ounces Sour Mix, store bought or homemade, of choice
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed Orange Juice
- 3/4 ounces Juarez Triple Sec or other Triple Sec, of choice
- 1 1/4 ounces Jose Cuervo Especial Silver Tequila or other Silver Tequila, of choice
- 3/4 ounces Di Amore Amaretto or other Amaretto, of choice
- Orange Wedge, to garnish
- Lime Wedge, to garnish
- Pour a layer of Tajin seasoning (Our choice), salt or seasoned salt out onto a small saucer.
- Run 1 lime wedge around the rim of a large, Margarita, Martini, Coupe, Rocks or other glass, of choice. Discard wedge.
- Place glass rim-down onto the Tajin seasoning, salt or seasoned salt. Push down lightly and roll glass to fully coat rim. Set aside.
- To an ice-filled shaker, add sour mix, orange juice, triple sec and tequila. Shake until well-chilled.
- Fill rimmed glass with ice.
- Strain drink into glass.
- Garnish with an orange wedge and lime wedge.
- Pour amaretto into a shot glass.
- Serve margarita and amaretto together. (Amaretto should be poured over margarita prior to enjoying -- but can be drank separately. Drinker's choice.)
