Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Purée
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh Parsley
  • Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, place mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, garlic purée and parsley. Mix well.
  2. Taste. Add salt and pepper and more lemon juice, to taste, if needed.
