Corky's Cole Slaw Recipe
If You enjoy good Southern-Style Cole Slaw, You will LOVE making Corky's Cole Slaw at Home with our Easy Recipe. Corky's, of Memphis, is world famous for their BBQ, but many patrons also swear by the side dishes.
Ingredients
- 1 medium head of Green Cabbage, shredded (Use a mandolin slicer to get the cabbage VERY thin.)
- 2 medium Carrots, grated
- 1 Green Pepper, finely diced
- 2 tablespoon Onion, grated or finely minced
- 2 cups Mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Celery Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon White Pepper
- Mix vegetables in a bowl.
- Mix remaining ingredients in another.
- Pour dressing over vegetables. Toss well.
- Cover and refrigerate 3 - 4 hours to chill and allow the flavors to meld.
