Starbucks Frappuccino Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup cold Double-Strength Coffee or 1 cup fresh cold Espresso
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar, or to taste
  • 2 cups Ice
  • 1/8 teaspoon Xanthan Gum or 1 teaspoon dry Pectin (to keep the Frapp from separating and give it a rich, thick mouth-feel.  These add no flavor.  You can leave either out without affecting the taste.)
  • Whipped Cream, for topping
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or mini-blender and process until the ice is smooth.
  2. Pour into a cup and top with a generous heap of whipped cream.
