Olive Garden Salad and Dressing Recipes

Olive Garden's Salad may be your favorite part of the meal. If it is, you are not alone. It's mine. And many people I have talked to admit the same thing. Now you can make Olive Garden Salad and Dressing at home anytime. And just think how cool this would be to take to a block party or picnic.

To go with yesterday's Olive Garden Chicken Scampi you can offer your guests a big bowl of that wonderful salad they bring to the table at Olive Garden.

This is very easy to make and utterly refreshing.

Olive Garden Salad and Dressing Recipes

  • 1 bag American Blend Dole Salad
  • 4-5 slices Red Onion
  • 4-6 Black Olives
  • 2-4 Banana Peppers
  • 1/2 cup Croutons
  • 1 small Tomato Quartered
  • Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese


  1. Chill one salad bowl in freezer for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Place bag of salad in bowl.
  3. On top of the lettuce put red onion, black olives, banana peppers, tomatoes, and croutons.
  4. Add some freshly grated Parmesan cheese if you like.
  5. Add plenty of Olive Garden Salad Dressing. (Recipe Follows)

Olive Garden Salad Dressing Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Corn Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Romano Cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Salt - or one clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Parsley Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until well mixed.

This doesn't taste anything like Olive Gardens recipe. I thinking it was the mayo I doubt the real recipe has mayo.

This recipe is off. A basic version of runny ranch.

Olive garden doesn't put mayo in their salad dressing, it's an oil and vinegar based dressing.

This was a joke!! What did I do wrong.I followed the recipe. It was just like a runny ranchwith a aftertaste of vinegar. Can someone answer this comment?
